The hotel offers great bathrooms and a tiny shower cabin but lacks storage options for longer stays. The service is cheerful and helpful, although there were issues with late room replacement and additional charges. The location is fantastic, close to public transportation and key attractions. The dining experience has a stunning view of the river and St Peter's Basilica, with delicious but limited options.

The self-service area on our floor with PCs and a printer was quite convenient.
